Please note:  ALL VISITORS TO OUR OFFICE ARE ASKED TO PLEASE ADHERE TO SOCIAL DISTANCING

To Our Valued Customers and Vendors: 

 While cases are down, we are still monitoring updates and recommendations from the CDC and our local health officials.
 We continue to take the necessary steps to ensure that we can continue to serve you while protecting your health and the health of our staff.

The health and well-being of our customers and employees are at the center of everything we do as a company.  We wanted to take the time to keep you up to date on the steps that we are taking to ensure a safe working environment:

Enhanced Technician and Office Protocol & Safety Measures:
*All of our staff are fully vaccinated*
•Our technicians are taking extra precaution to sanitize and decontaminate tools and equipment. as well as wearing gloves, face masks and social distancing where required while at customer locations. 
• Our parts department is taking similar precautions to sanitize and decontaminate parts along with shipping and packaging materials.
• Our entire team has been briefed on safety practices within your businesses and our facility. We are following the CDC’s recommendations and NYS mandates for how we interact with one another and our customers.
• For more than 29 years, shaking the hands of our valued customers has been a sincere gesture of gratitude. If we don’t shake your hand, we mean no offense. We just want to minimize the spread of germs to keep everyone healthy.
• Our employees are closely monitoring their own health and are prepared to adhere to CDC guidelines, should signs appear.
• When delivering to our office or warehouse, we ask that ALL Delivery Persons:
o Adhere to the Social Distancing guidelines from all Specialized Equipment staff of at least 6 ft while in our Office or Warehouse.
o To refrain from touching any surfaces (as much as possible) while visiting our Office or Warehouse.
